RGRM // SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT PROTOCOL

Since your artifacts are manufactured and fulfilled on-demand via the Printful API, your shipping policy must accurately reflect a two-phase timeline: Production and Transit.

Here is a structural, brand-aligned Shipping Policy template you can copy and paste directly into Shopify to maintain your unyielding aesthetic.

1. FULFILLMENT TIMEFRAME Form follows function. Every RGRM artifact is structurally engineered and produced on-demand to eliminate waste and maintain absolute quality control.

• Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your artifact (e.g., AxisNova Suitcase, CrimsonCrown Tote) to be manufactured, printed, and inspected before dispatch.

2. TRANSIT PROTOCOLS Once the production phase is complete, transit times are determined by your global coordinates.

• Domestic (United States): 3 to 7 business days.
• International: 10 to 30 business days, depending on local customs infrastructure.
• Note: Transit times are strictly estimates provided by the carrier and do not include the initial 2–5 day production phase.

3. TRACKING & VISIBILITY Absolute transparency. As soon as your artifact clears our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated dispatch notification containing a tracking blueprint. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's grid to update your status.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & IMPORT TAXES For international clients, RGRM is not liable for any structural barriers imposed by local governments. The client is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or localized fees applied once the artifact crosses your border.

5. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES Accuracy is required. If an artifact is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or if it is left unclaimed at a local customs office, the client will be responsible for the exact raw cost of reshipment.
