Shipping and delivery

RGRM UNITS are made to order. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Available destinations, delivery options, and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. We can accept orders only for destinations supported by the checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Orders containing multiple UNITS may be fulfilled at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling charges. These charges are not included unless expressly stated at checkout and may be collected before delivery.

For shipping questions, a tracking issue, or a package that appears lost or damaged, contact contact@raguiromo.store with your order number. Please contact us before returning a package so we can provide the correct instructions and address.
